Return(s) And Refund(s)
Return Policy :
We ensure our customers get value for their money. Defective products are open for replacement only within a 5 day window. The customers can return the items back to us in the same condition it was sent out , during this (5 days) period.please note that we only accept returns of defective products in exchange for another (THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS).
Step 1: Send a Complaint and include pictures of the product that was delivered to sales@stasthrift.com Or via dm to any of our social medial platforms as a means of evidence.
Step 2: Return after Authorization: Once your claim is validated, we will provide information on the most suitable means of getting the item(s) from you.
-In cases of defective items, we Stasthrift will take full reponsibilty of shipping or delivery fees To And Fro.
-In case of Non Defective Items, the customer(s) will be solely responsible for any delivery fees that will be accrued (We Do Not Offer Refunds).
Step 3: Track Return Status: We will send you a return waybill number, this will enable you to track the status of your return.
Step 4: Get Resolution Upon our confirmation of the receipt of the item, Stasthrift will resolve the matter as its sole responsibility.
Items not eligible for Returns:
Products damaged due to misuse.
Products under sales categories.
Products that have been altered from their original or
opened by unauthorized personnel without permission.
Products that have been washed
